Information we collect

• Order details — the platform, package, and the post/profile link(s) you submit.
• Contact details — your email address and any message you send us.
• Payment information — handled directly by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.

How we use it

We use your information solely to deliver your order, provide support, process payments, and send order-related updates. We never sell your data.

We never ask for passwords

SocialFame does not request, store, or use your social-media passwords. Your profile only needs to be public for delivery.

Third parties

We use trusted providers to operate the service, including Stripe (payments) and Cloudflare (hosting). These providers process data only as needed to deliver their service.

Data retention

We retain order and contact records as long as needed for support, accounting and legal obligations, then delete them.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing support@socialfame.fr.

Cookies

We use minimal local storage to remember your cart. We do not run invasive advertising trackers.
