By using SocialFame and placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. The service

SocialFame provides social-media growth and engagement services across third-party platforms. We are an independent service and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any platform mentioned on this site.

2. Your responsibilities

• You must own or be authorised to manage the account or content you submit links for.
• Your profile and the content you link to must be public at the time of delivery.
• You must not submit links to illegal, harmful, or policy-violating content.
• You are responsible for complying with the terms of the platforms you use.

3. Delivery

Most orders begin within 24–48 hours. Delivery times are estimates and may vary with order size and platform conditions. We never require your password and never take direct action on your account.

4. Payment

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Prices are shown in EUR (€) and are charged at checkout. You are responsible for any taxes that may apply in your jurisdiction.

5. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, including a 7-day money-back guarantee.

6. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, SocialFame is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses, or for actions taken by third-party platforms regarding your account.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
