When refunds may not apply

- The submitted link or profile was private, deleted, or changed before delivery could complete.
- Losses caused by the platform itself (for example, account actions unrelated to our service).
How to request a refund
Email support@socialfame.fr with your order details. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe, usually within 5–10 business days.
